      These bands are perfect for all things booty gains!!


      Recommended use for black band

      • Beginners/you havent used a resistance band before
      • Bodyweight exercises such as fire hydrants and donkey kicks  
      • Glute activation, prior to weight training


        Recommended use for grey band

        • Glute activation 
        • weighted exercises
        • Bodyweight exercies such as squats, crab walks & jump squats


        Recommended use for Pink band

        • Weighted exercises eg. Hip thrust or barbell squat 
        • Banded walks such as frog or crab walk
        • Glute activation for advanced resistance band users
