We are proud to offer training across two locations:

Te Puna Studio
A private women-only space designed for small group strength training and personal training. creating a safe and supportive environment for beginners through to experienced lifters.

Aspire Health and Sports, Bethlehem
A modern training facility offering structured small group strength training and personal training sessions, focused on strength, confidence, and long-term health outcomes.

Make life easy in the kitchen. Easy and tasty recipes designed to create healthy and well balanced eating habits. No super fancy products, no ridiculously low calories. Everyday food with a focus on lifestyle and routine rather than a short term fix.

Onboarding video call plus regular check ins

To design personalised workouts I need to be across all the moving parts in your life and discuss how we can make this a long term lifestyle change. Create habits that stick. Together we will have an in-depth call and discuss the plan of attack moving forward. I want you to have the best chance of success as possible, we will have regular calls for external accountability plus weekly check ins through the app.

The app is designed to get you the best results. You have the ability to track goals and habits, reflect and set daily tasks for things like steps and hydration.
