Shannon Lloyd
With a passion for women’s health and long-term wellbeing, Shannon created Health for All Women to provide training that goes beyond quick fixes.
Her approach focuses on longevity, sustainable results, and building healthy habits that last a lifetime. Shannon is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where women can improve their strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing while feeling empowered in their fitness journey.

Charlotte Banyard
Coach Char is passionate about supporting women to feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in their own bodies. She brings a wealth of knowledge to every session, along with genuine care for the clients she works with.
Charlotte’s approach focuses on creating a supportive and encouraging environment where women can build strength, improve their wellbeing, and feel proud of what their bodies can do. Her goal is to help every client feel capable, confident, and motivated throughout their fitness journey.

Laken specialises in strength training and hypertrophy, with a passion for helping women feel confident and capable in the gym. She loves supporting clients as they build strength, learn new skills, and become more comfortable in a gym environment.
Full of energy and positivity, Laken brings encouragement and motivation to every session. Her goal is to help clients push their limits, grow stronger, and develop lasting confidence in both their training and themselves
Qualifications:
NZ Certificate in Exercise level 4
NZ Certificate in group exercise level 4
Advanced First aid
Our small group classes are designed for women who want to lift weights, get strong, and build muscle in a supportive environment.
Maximum of 5 women per class to ensure quality coaching and a one-on-one feel
Membership includes app access, where your workouts are stored and progress is tracked weekly
All class members receive a nutrition guide to support their goals
