Our focus in the sessions is lifting heavy weights, working on form and getting strong!! This is why we are capping numbers at a maximum of 5 people so you get the quality coaching and more one on one feel.

Cost is $60.00 per week. T1his includes full app access with your programs and where all your progression will be tracked, and your 2 sessions per week. You will have access to your programs so on a session that might be missed you can still see the workout and get it done.
