Women’s Small Group Strength Classes

Our Small Group Strength Classes are designed for women who want to lift weights, get stronger, build muscle, and feel confident in the gym all within a supportive, encouraging environment.

With a maximum of just 5 women per class, you'll receive personalised coaching and guidance, giving you the benefits of personal training while enjoying the motivation and accountability of training alongside like minded women.

Whether you're new to strength training or have experience lifting weights, our structured programmes are designed to help you progress safely and effectively.
